TITLE SEARCH & EXAMINATION

Our experienced team conducts a thorough search of public records to confirm a property’s legal owner. The search will reveal any claims or liens on the property that could affect the purchase and sales agreement.

TITLE INSURANCE

We provide both lender/mortgagee and owner’s title insurance to protect against hidden title hazards (e.g. public record mistakes, forged signatures, etc.)

ESCROW MANAGEMENT

As an escrow company, we can hold onto the buyer’s deposit, the deed, and other documents related to the sale.

REAL ESTATE CLOSINGS
